Larry was a legend during check-in! Hassle-free and helped us with everything we needed from the front desk quickly. Parking lot was well-lit, which was a pro.

Let’s start off with the rooms. Basic, Amenities, Good laundry area, The rooms are pretty much a bed a shower somewhere to cook on a flat top and a fridge. My partner and I planned on staying here while we were waiting on our apartment to be prepped and painted. We knew that we would only be staying for a week and possibly extended for one extra week. This is where things took a turn. And this is from my own accord to my fault, but I forgot that my checkout was Monday and that we checked in on a Monday for some reason I thought because of the week before I had a lot going on, and I thought it was on a Tuesday. So Monday around 1:30 PM I got a knock on my door and I happen to recognize the woman. This woman came from a location at a Choice hotel’s chain That I recognized Was part of a team of employees that were involved in a fraudulent claim against my card at a sleep inn in Charlotte. Immediately upon realizing who this woman was at the front desk, I opted to not stay for the additional week and asked to only extend for one night due to my safety concern. The main manager actually worked it out with me and we both agreed it was not a good idea for me to stay. And I agreed with him because I do not want to be at the brunt end of any of her retaliation. Literally, while I was at the front desk, speaking with the manager, she continuously interjected. She even went as far as calling her old job on speakerphone, saying my name out loud first and last. This is my understanding if somebody’s not guilty of something why would they go through all of the depths of very loudly defending themselves? Everything is public record All you have to do is type her name in Unfortunately, I do know that it’s a very hard to obtain employees these days without records, And that’s understandable. But when you have guests coming up, not wanting to extend their stay… that have very clearly been a great tenant That’s when you really have to ask yourself is this person gonna be an asset to this company or are they gonna be a liability? I’m not gonna say this woman’s name because she knows who she is and the main manager knows who she is as well It will only be a matter of time As far as the property, it’s fairly dirty on the outside I’m not sure if they have a groundskeeper The inside is tiptop it’s cleaned down to the t. Larry, one of the other managers was more than hospitable. Helped us during our stay immensely and was helpful when one of the first rooms stopped having water flow through to all of the sinks the toilet in the shower. Also, I registered my ESA/SA animal upon check-in and when this woman saw my dog instead of looking at my account and looking at the notes that I have a service animal, she rudely said “ you’re gonna have to go ahead and pay for a fee for that dog too” She’s the type of person that will instigate antagonize and poke you until you flip out, so please be aware that there was a woman here that literally energy harvest off of this type of behavior. Be aware. And don’t give this woman your energy. I promise you she does it because she hates her own life. I’ve prayed for this woman continuously. And there’s not much more anybody can do. Other than that, I can speak for rooms 430 and 127. 430 is a hell hole hell hallway and steer clear of it …127 is a perfect room. Have a great one. Because I was harassed by this woman for four weeks after when she worked at Sleep Inn I refuse to entertain it this time. Fair warning

I was temporarily displaced, and decided this was a good fit until I got on my feet. I must say, the hotel staff was amazing. Special shout out to Mr. Freddie and Ms. Frances, who were very hospitable every visit to the front desk. Rooms were nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. Price and value, can't be beat.

I feel like the negative reviews are without forethought. It's called an extended stay hotel for a reason, that means it's not specifically catered to a vacation or 'just visiting' crowd. Nonetheless my wife and I stayed here to visit Charlotte, and for what it is I was impressed. The staff do as good a job as they can ensuring cleanliness and quality, especially when it came to our room which was well-prepared and clean. Signs are clearly posted everywhere strongly forbidding smoking and other such activities. My only two complaints would be the smells that somehow linger in the elevator or lobby, and that the walls do little to keep noise contained, especially at night.

I had frances as a housekeeper I am beyond impressed with the housekeeping service I received! The attention to detail was outstanding—every surface was spotless, the floors were shining, and the entire space smelled fresh and clean. The team was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond, even organizing small areas I didn’t expect. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality housekeeping MS FRANCES YOU ROCK

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, as the staff demonstrated exceptional politeness and professionalism. The rooms were spacious and meticulously maintained. The location is excellent, particularly for those needing proximity to the Atrium University Medical Center while caring for a loved one. I would like to specifically commend Sabrina, the Front Desk Manager. Her professionalism and genuine kindness are exemplary, embodying the principles of a servant leader. I sincerely hope your organization recognizes the entire team, as they have successfully converted a loyal Hilton guest into a dedicated Woodspring patron. I anticipate seeking out your brand during all my travels in 2026.

Nice room, clean, spacious, no bugs, very clean and comfortable! Staff is nice, bathrooms are very clean, floors arent sticky or leaving dust on your feet before you get in the bed. 10/10 housekeeping! 4/5 stars because there’s always room for improvement!

The staff is very helpful, especially Larry and Sabrina. The hotel overall is quiet and clean. Occasionally, a guest may leave trash in the stairwell, but the staff does a good job of making sure it’s cleaned up in a timely manner. I did not encounter any bugs, which was surprising since many extended-stay hotels tend to have that issue, but this location did not.
